• Products showing signs of wear, damage or alteration are not eligible for return.
• A continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package is mandatory for damaged, incorrect or missing item claims.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
